Who we are
SalFin GmbH ("we", "us"), which operates the Salève Fintech brand, provides Swiss SRO membership and compliance advisory services. For any data-protection question, contact us at info@salevefintech.ch.
What we collect
We collect only the personal data you choose to send us — typically your name, email address, company and the content of your enquiry when you use our contact form. We do not store form submissions in a database. A submission is delivered to us by email and is not otherwise retained by the website.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any engagement that follows, and we delete them once they are no longer required — as a rule, within 24 months of our last contact where no engagement results.
Why we process it
We process this data solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a possible engagement. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you and in pursuing the engagement you have initiated (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, where the GDPR applies; the corresponding grounds under the nFADP otherwise).
Cookies & analytics
This website uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. Fonts are self-hosted, so no data is shared with third-party font providers.
Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-prevention service. To tell human visitors apart from automated traffic, Turnstile processes technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics. It is not used to track you across sites or for advertising. Cloudflare acts as our processor for this purpose.
Sharing & transfers
We do not sell personal data. Enquiry emails are delivered through Mailjet (Sinch), our email processor, under a data-processing agreement with EU-region routing. Bot-prevention is handled by Cloudflare as described above. Where personal data is transferred outside Switzerland or the EU/EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (with the Swiss addendum) as the transfer safeguard.
Your rights
Under the nFADP and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to processing based on our legitimate interest, request data portability, and withdraw any consent you have given. Write to info@salevefintech.ch.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the EU/EEA, your local data-protection authority.
